Or, perhaps your condo association’s home insurance or the home insurance of the tenants with the leaky bathtub are set up to cover the damage done to your condo, but not the damage done to your personal property – the table and the expensive lamp. You would have to replace both of those yourself.
These examples show you why it is an excellent idea to take out a condo home insurance policy. In fact, everyone who lives in your condominium community should consider this type of insurance, if they do not have it already.
